They have usually been very good, but this time there were some bumps in the road. The plan i purchased was supposed to cover the CE’s needed for my renewal, but there were 2 units that didn’t apply to my license. They sent me another course, but by this time my license had lapsed and I had to pay an additional $100 late fees. Becareful when selecting CE’s to take for your renewal, but also don’t wait till the last minute as i did.

Easy to follow the list of courses needed and the ready to print certs are a great addition + print out of incorrect questions make it easy to understand the areas where coaching is needed. However, there are areas in 3 of the courses that have errors because the years listed and the amounts on the questions don’t follow that years limits and therefore the answers don’t comply either. These should be rectified. I took screenshots of these if anyone is interested.
